iTunes is a great service, complete with the technology to back it up. Unfortunately they powers that be are completely focused on money rather than trying to make customers happy or developing any kind of client loyalty. Owners of the Apple iPod are exclusively sent over to the iTunes Store for their music or video needs. Basically they have a stranglehold on their clients and this means that they do not need to care what the client thinks of the service.

Apple continues to charge its clients $.99 per song, a cost that was excellent a few years ago. In today's world, the price is unacceptably bad compared to the unlimited downloads available with companies like Rhapsody or Napster .

It is a complete and comprehensive, with fast downloads and a flawless iPod loading process. Unfortunately, the cost is expensive and limits users to 25 songs per month. On average, a music album contains 12 songs, give or take. Using that number as reference, iTunes limits it's customers to 2 download 2 albums every 30 days. All in all, there are a lot better services out there.

Music Formats: MP3
